Preparation and recommended consumption:
For each serving, fill 2 g of powder (= 4 measuring spoons) into a glass, mix with a little liquid - such as water or juice or similar - and then top up with more liquid to approx. 250 ml.
Alternatively, the powder can also be easily prepared using a blender or shaker.
Drink one serving daily before one of your meals.
The drink should always be prepared fresh and then consumed immediately.
