Dear international customers,
unfortunately, orders cannot be placed for all countries in our online shop. For individual enquiries, however, you can reach us via the contact details provided in the legal notice (Impressum). We will be happy to advise you personally and put together the products you require in this way.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.95 per order.

For orders with a value of €60.00 or more, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1-2 days and, for deliveries abroad, within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
