Recommended intake:
Coconut oil (odorless and tasteless) is suitable for cooking, frying, baking, and deep-frying. Although it is solid at room temperature, it can melt as low as 28°C and can also be heated to high temperatures (up to 234°C). Frequent changes in consistency do not affect the quality of the coconut oil. Coconut oil has a wide range of uses in food preparation, in the production of cosmetics, and in technology and industry.
General information:
Coconut oil is extracted from the dried flesh of the coconut.
Our product is steam-treated (at 265°C for 25 minutes) and is therefore odorless and tasteless. This process detracts from the fat's raw quality.
