Why ubiquinol?
Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that the body also produces itself. It exists in two forms: ubiquinone (oxidised form) and ubiquinol (reduced form). Most Q10 products contain ubiquinone – we deliberately use ubiquinol, and specifically the original raw material from Kaneka.

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily, unchewed, with plenty of water at a meal. We recommend storing it in the refrigerator – ubiquinol is a sensitive raw material, and the capsules may otherwise stick together.
