Preparation and recommended use:
Stir 2.4 g per serving (approx. 1 level teaspoon) into a warm drink, quark, yoghurt, soups or other foods as desired. Take one serving once daily.

Collagen is a structural protein that makes up almost 30% of the body's own protein. Peptan is type 1 collagen. Peptan is a highly pure natural product with a protein content of more than 97% (on a dry weight basis), offered to you here in soluble form. Peptan contains 20 different amino acids, including 8 of the 9 essential amino acids. Glycine, proline and hydroxyproline together account for around 50% of the total amino acid content.
